In short, for your convenience:

• Breakfast is included in the room rate and served daily as a buffet in the restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. For guests leaving the hotel early, we offer lunch boxes – please request them at the reception the evening before, no later than 8:30 PM.
• Room Cleaning: rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
• Restaurant: open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last orders by 9:30 PM). Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on all food and beverage services.
• Summer Garden: in the summer season, we invite you to relax in our charming outdoor garden.
• Room Service: meals and drinks can be delivered to your room between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Service fee: 30 PLN (for up to 2 people, each additional person +10 PLN). The room service menu is available in every room.
• Internet: free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
• Parking:

1. Underground Garage – free of charge (for vehicles up to 2 meters high, entrance from Gen. Andersa Street). Cars with LPG installations are not allowed.
2. Outdoor Parking – free of charge, 100 m from the hotel (entrance from Gen. Andersa 8). Please visit the reception beforehand to collect a parking card.

• EV Charging Station: available in the underground garage. Charging fee: 100 PLN per session.
• Pets are welcome! Fee: 40 PLN/night for dogs (only over 2 years old), 30 PLN/night for cats. Please read our pet policy before your stay.
• Wake-Up Call: available upon request at your preferred time.
• Room Equipment: each room is equipped with a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, soap, and towels.
• Laundry Service: we offer external laundry service with 24-hour turnaround (excluding weekends). Price list available in the room. Ironing service available from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (extra charge applies).

• Gym: free access for hotel guests. Indoor shoes required.

• Bowling Alley: hotel guests receive a 10% discount on bowling and related food services. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays – the second hour of bowling is free (promotions cannot be combined). Indoor shoes required – rental available on site (for a fee).
• First Aid Kit: a basic first aid kit and a contactless thermometer are available at the reception. The hotel is not liable for their use.
• Deposit Safe: a free deposit box is available at the reception.
• Payments: we accept payments in Euros.
